In March of 2025 we started a new EU funded project in a consortium including 5 European partners to develop a new method to map 3D distribution of transcripts in tissues by sequencing and network based reconstruction. The grant will run for 5 years and is supported by the European innovation council (EIC) pathfinder open grant.
